Missing items
Upon delivery, my stuff was missing and they **** about doing investigations. Till this day I am disappointed by the service that I received.
I had agreed with them that they would pick up my property on a specific date which they only came late in the day. When they were meant to deliver, they made excuses about trucks not being available and only deliver the following day. Mind you I was relocating and told them specifically that I needed the things delivered on the said date as I had packed both blankets and bed. So I slept on the floor.
When they delivered, my bed leg elevators were missing, a box and duffel bag with personal and work clothes and accessories. I kept on following up with them and never received till this day. One of the agents **** that it was inside one of my boxes (meaning they would technically bridge privacy by opening your stuff)
Use their services at your own peril!!!!!!!
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are dissatisfied with the experience, and we take any allegation of missing items seriously.
To respond factually and fairly, we have reviewed the job file, including the documented inventory process completed at loading and delivery. Our records reflect that:
- A detailed inventory/receipt was completed at collection and again checked at delivery; and
- The items loaded and delivered were recorded as matching the inventory provided/confirmed at the time.
We also note that your concerns regarding delivery timing were raised. While delays can occur due to operational constraints (including fleet availability and routing), we acknowledge the frustration this caused—especially where clients are relocating and need essential items on a specific day.
Missing items allegationWith regard to the items you listed (bed leg elevators, a box, and a duffel bag):
- In terms of our Standard Trading Conditions, any list of goods / receipt (inventory) issued is regarded as final unless the Customer notifies us in writing within seven (7) days specifying items missing from the list (Clause 21), and claims must be notified within the required timeframes (Clause 14).
- The inventory process exists specifically to protect both the Customer and the Supplier by confirming what was handed over, what was loaded, and what was delivered.
For clarity: our staff do not open sealed boxes or “search” through a customer’s personal belongings as a general practice. If any item is suspected to be packed incorrectly, the Customer’s presence and consent would be required to check a box. We do not support any conduct that breaches client privacy.
Next steps (so we can close this properly)If you would like us to re-check this matter once more, please email the following to ***:
- Your job reference / invoice number;
- The loading and delivery addresses and dates;
- The missing items list with as much detail as possible (colour/brand/unique identifiers); and
- A copy/photo of the inventory pages you received or signed (if you still have it).
If the information provided shows any discrepancy between what was recorded at loading versus delivery, we will escalate it internally immediately. If you prefer to take the matter further, you are advised to open a SAPS case and provide the case number for our records, so we can take the matter further internally with full assistance to the investigation.
We regret the inconvenience and frustration you experienced and will engage constructively on receipt of the above details.

Best regards,
Let's correct the facts here.
Upon realising that my items were missing, I notified your agent, Luan, who claimed he was contacting the guys who, according to him, indicated they had put the bed's legs in one of my boxes. Secondly, no delivery note was signed by me, and I requested this from your delivery persons (I have emailed you the receipt, which shows the items that were picked up). I herewith challenge you to email me that delivery note I would've signed on the 31st of January.
I further notified of the missing items, which was on the same day to your agent Luan and have evidence to this effect. This was over email, and I challenge you to bring evidence which contradicts this fact.
I have also included you on the emailfollow-upp dated 2 Feb, which neither you nor your agent repsonded on.
So I don't think you have responded fairly and factually as you claim.

Thank you for the follow-up. We’ve noted your comments and will review the emails you referenced and revert to you via our official channels.
Please also re-check inside drawers/cupboards (especially dressers/bedside pedestals) — in most cases bed legs/elevators are later found packed there during loading.
From our internal check so far, the team’s feedback is that all items loaded were offloaded at delivery. If anything in the email trail indicates otherwise, we will escalate immediately.

Best regards,
I think you would know that from my items I didn't have cupboard and drawers so it makes no sense to generalized, but I can assure ive tripled checked.
I maintain the items were not delivered and your team did not bring a delivery note. Furthermore,this has been lagging for far too long, showing a lack to resolve the matter timeously. It had to take me to review here to get the mere shallow response from your agent and team.
Will await your response to my many email inquiries and countless follow-ups
