Awful Service
The guys doing the actual physical move were great, but Stephanie at the office was awful. We agreed, through her Manager, that my relocation from Johannesburg to East London, Eastern Cape will include loading on Monday 25 May 2026 and offloading on Thursday 28 May 2026. All of a sudden I receive a call from Stephanie, together with her manager, that I need to make a plan receive my household goods on Wednesday 27 May 2026. Mind you I was in Joburg at the time. I had to beg my property agent to give them access to the property, otherwise they were threatening to deliver my goods to a local East London contractor, for which I had to pay for. I’m never using this company again

30 May 2026, 18:53Hi Luyanda,Thank you for your feedback, and we do appreciate your kind words regarding the team on the ground — we will certainly pass that on to them.We are, however, sorry for the inconvenience caused regarding the delivery timing. As confirmed during booking and in your documentation, your move was scheduled on a shared long-distance load, which means that delivery dates are estimated and dependent on the overall route and schedule of the truck. In this instance, the truck progressed slightly ahead of schedule, which resulted in an earlier delivery window becoming available. We always aim to communicate these changes as early as possible and work with our clients to find a practical solution, as we did in your case. As discussed at the time, where early delivery is not possible, the alternative would have been to offload into temporary storage in East London, with a later redelivery. We do appreciate that you were able to make arrangements for access on short notice, which allowed us to complete the delivery directly and avoid any further delays or additional handling. We sincerely apologise again for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding in this regard. Your feedback is valuable and helps us improve our communication around these situations.Kind regards,
