Worst agency ever

This is the worst agency to work for. The director of this agency is Lubabalo and he us very unproffessional. He does not care for his staff and worse he does not pay. I and the other guys were employed by him on the 1st Aug 2017. We worked hard for the entire month at accenture -edcon in Selby. We sent him emails requesting for our contracts but he never responds to anything you send him. He then later came to explain that IQN was offline and wasnt able to print our contracts because of the system that had issues. When he was supposed to pay us at the end of the month Aug we got no salary and no contracts still. He came to meet us telling us stories and that he would pay us half our money from his own pocket. Up until the system was back online because he claims the timecards couldnt be loaded. Accenture claimed to have paid him.so initialy he needed to pay us. We still waited for another week for us to get paid as the system was back on track but this ***** still paid us half of our money. He is arrogant and selfish. And because he couldnt take the heat he asked us to resign. We are still not paid our full salary and he is not responding.
