Distasteful treatment by Management and Staff

<p>I took my whole family which consists of 2 adults and 4 childern to watch the Rugby on Saturday the 01/10/2016 and then have supper there afterwards. We go to them on a regular basis because their food and service are normally the best.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hence my shock and disappointedment when a wonderful afternoon and evening ended so distastefully. Shortly after finishing our meal and enjoying the live music a staff member approached our table and accused our children of having broken the jumping castle. On enquiring from the staff member if she physically saw it take place she said no and then said she will go look at the video footage with great attitude. The staff member then left to go look at the so called footage. After waiting for a few minutes I then went looking for her as the children were tired and we wanted to go home but not before getting clarity on what happened. The staff member then said she is waiting for her manager. Once the manager made his appearance the situation went from bad to worse. There is no footage available to see what transpired behind the jumping castle. On asking how they can then make the statement that my kids were responsible the Manager said his staff wouldnt lie. The manager had a terrible attitude to go with it.</p> <p> </p> <p>The manager then proceeded to raise his voice and his manner become volatile. I was waiting for the punches to start flying. Needless to say my kids were completely traumitsed by this whole experience. Not even as much as a apology from the manager or his staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sadly that was our last visit to The Buzz Factory in Sunridge Park.</p>
