Bad Management

My Wife and I had a lovely meal at the Buzz Factory in Sunridge Village Shopping Center. Near the end of the meal a large table behind us, with some large people asked for the Aircon to be switched on. They clearly know the owners or manager as were in continual chats with the staff and employees. They were quite a loud crowd and had clearly had a couple of drinks. The aircon was very cold and affected my wife and she got very cold, even one of the waiters commented asking if she was cold. I then simply asked the waiter to make it a bit warmer which he did. The other table however noticed this and chatted to the manager/owner to and got It turned back up. They also commented in Afrikaans that we should put on a thinker jersey. My view is the management should always consider all customers and not only the ones they are friends with. I just felt very uncomfortable after this and will not return. It was just managed very badly and in my view should have ensured both parties were happy. They were literally laughing and joking with the staff about us being cold and joining in on their party.
