Hard to trust!!!

I would give a “0” if I could. Ordered a pricey gift for my wife. Other than an email that the product is on its way and an unknown “gift” that just arrived, there has been no shipping invoice or tracking number, and Buzoox has not responded to emails although its website says it responds within 24-48 hours. I cannot even find the product when I search the site. Hard to trust!!!
