Buzoox Online Store Fails To Respond To My Enquiries Re. My Order

I ordered and paid for lingerie from Buzoox Online Store on the 04th of May 2019. My order and payment was confirmed on same date and I was advised via e-mail that I will receive an electronic notification when my order has been shipped. When not hearing anything further from Buzoox, I e-mailed them on the 10th of May 2019 asking whether my order has been shipped yet. To date, I have still not received a response from them. They advised that I will receive my order within 1 to 3 weeks. This Saturday coming it will be 3 weeks and I have not even received a notification yet that my order has been shipped. I would like feedback from them or my money back.
