Worst post-sale service - very ****y!

I bought A4 DTF sheets from this company. Upon using two - they kept on causing a paper jam. Tried to resolve for more than 30min. I reported this and this is the response I got below.

"We sold a lot of those papers. We do occasionally get reports of all kinds of printing problems but all end with changing the printer.So, I would suggest you change to another printer".

I am shocked that the resolve is me buying a new printer so that their sheets work for me. What an appalling service. Not even to check if perhaps I got sheets that have a factory fault of something.
