Buyperse - stay away!!

I ordered and paid for 2 android cell phones from this online supplier on 1 June 2021. Promises for delivery of within 10 days were made, phones have still not been delivered.

I receive weekly emails stating that I must be patient and that goods will be delivered in a few days. The latest tracking update on 27 July states that goods are in SA awaiting delivery.

Several requests for order to be cancelled and monies refunded remain ignored.

Several requests for the local courier company name so that I may follow up remain ignored.
