Heart broken fur baby *****

I ordered a labrador pup from Buyopup.i was told by the middleman who is helping to sell the pup that I'm not allowed to go view and pick up the pup because the owners are afraid of Parvo virus. The pup will be delivered to me.. There was pictures sent to me and pup looked cute.born 7August 2022 . A video was sent to me of the pup yestrday and it was load shedding so I could not see the video but caught a glimpse of the pup and I saw that her forehead was lik black in colour.. so I phoned this guy that I was speaking to about the pup from Thursday 22 September 2022 and asked him if the pup is hurt he told me she is not hurt jus have "some" fleas on her and the owners never give her a bath..he asked if I want to reschedule for the next day so the owners can bath her and clean her up..I said that's fine.. Next few minutes the pup was delivered to me in a grey cloth/blanket ..and she is a yellow labrador but to me she looked dirty ,neglected and did not have "some " fleas she had alot of fleas literally crawling off her all over my yard and inside the house and nevertheless we said we will take her get her cleaned up and sort her out..but when we checked her ears and turned her to check her underneath oh my word she just did not have some fleas she was infested with fleas....our hearts broke to see a fur baby in that condition..I called the guy back as he was leaving my yard to tell him we disnt know she was infested with fleas and how can he deliver a pup in that condition. He said he told the owner and the owner said all pups have fleas when they are born.he told me he is jus the middleman helping to sell the pups to make some money..I was totally shocked that people can go to this extent to make some extra money.i only wonder what conditions the other pups are in as well as the parents..so maybe I was not allowed to view the parents and the pup at the owners place for the same reason..something needs to be done so people dnt just make money breeding and selling pups and neglect them sooo badly like that.i was also told that the pups are weaned off their mums milk and are now eating plain boiled rice..I have never heard such a thing pups at that age given plain boiled rice..
