Do not buy from buyontime.co.za

I ordered a few items, and took delivery, all was good except a bathroom scale, not in working condition. I immediately sent them an email on the 14th of March 2022 to say replacement or refund upon which they said the battery is flat I should buy a new one? Really. I was adamant about the refund and since then I was asked to order other products to the value which I tried and failed, then I was told they could not refund me to the credit card transaction failed, I then mailed them banking details on the 29th of March 2022, and since then all communication went quiet from them. Needless to say I still have the item on original packaging and all I want is my money back. What has happened to customer service?
