The WORST COMPANY I'VE EVER COME ACROSS

This business is the worst. They'll keep reminding you that you forgot something in your cart over and over again and once payment is done it's radio silence. No updates, no communication, you can't even make calls. I used them because they were convenient and they offered a lot including printing. But their service is terrible. I still haven't received my order and it's been 3 weeks. Now should I drive all the way to Johannesburg to receive an update? To be acknowledged? This is so unprofessional and I wonder why they are still in business. At this point I don't want the hoodies and shirts I want a refund
