A ****, plain and simple.
I ordered a phone online they were very fast to respond and help when I ordered, but they gave me the wrong model, and now it is time to refund me, now they are trying by all means to avoid paying.
Stick to Takealot guys, alteast if they mess up the order they take responsibility.

18 Jun 2019, 11:34Hi Munzhedzi, we did offer you a refund when you brought it to our attention that the wrong memory size was sent to you, however you said you had started using the phone and a few days later you decided to return it. Sadly, we do not offer full refunds for items once they have been opened and used

Clearly a customer should not be penalized for an error on your part.
