Watch Strap of very poor quality

I bought a watch strap for my apple watch from Takealot from the company Buyitall.today as I loved the colour, the very first night I removed the watch strap to put it on charge and go to sleep, it broke, Takealot took it back and I was told it was my fault. I have bought many watch straps from other suppliers and never had this problem. How do I post photos to show there was no damage from my side but just very poor quality.
