WARNING - shocking customer service and total disregard for their own return policies

Buyinstor purposely misled me when I asked if they had the product in stock. I only ordered from them because they reassured me that they had the product which I needed urgently. Well, it had to be shipped to South Africa first, which took far longer than they promised. Secondly, soon after I advised that the products were faulty, Emma failed to respond to my e-mails. I called them and an extremely rude man told me that they do not accept returns. How can a company not accept returns of faulty products they sell?? I strongly advise against dealing with Buyinstor. Their shocking customer service and disregard for their own policies are a red flag for anyone considering buying from them. Their conduct is ******* and they should be reported.
