Terrible Service, Delayed Delivery, and Unfulfilled Credit – Money ****** by Buyinstor.

I purchased an item from Buyinstor on the 12th of December 2024 for R1700, with an ETA for delivery on the 20th of January 2025. When the item didn't arrive by the promised date, I followed up via email on the 20th of January 2025. I received a response from Emma, who informed me of a delay and that the new ETA had changed to between the 27th of January and 3rd February.

On the 19th of February, I was notified by Emma that the supplier could not provide the item, and they would be issuing me a credit. I promptly provided my bank details and have since followed up multiple times regarding the credit, but I have received no further response from Emma since the 19th of February.

To date, the credit has not been processed, and I have had no communication or resolution from Buyinstor. After reading several other reviews, I now believe my money has been ****** by Buyinstor. This company should be shut down, as no one should ever purchase from them. They will take your money and fail to deliver the service they promise.
