Refund issues

I made on order in July and only received 2 out of two items purchased. When I inquired I was told an email was sent to me notifying me of an incomplete order which was a lie. I was then told the retinol is now available and will be delivered before the end of the week. A week passed then I called again, only to be told a different story this time. Two weeks passed then I decided to cancel my order and requested for a refund. It's almost three weeks now waiting for the refund, following up daily and they don't bother to respond.
