Product Not Delivered - 2 months later

This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my mother, who had her birthday in December... Ordered an item in December and was told that delivery may be delayed because of a high volume of orders. January came - no delivery. Sent an email enquiring about the delay and got, "Your order was mistakenly delivered to the wrong customer." More emails back and forth assuring me that it's coming and that they're very sorry. It's now 2 and a half months later, still haven't received the product of course, and I finally decided to come blast them here.

Upon landing here and seeing all the negative reviews, I'm not sure how to feel as my sister got the exact same product I ordered from Buyinstor without any problems. When your family recommends a company, one doesn't think to check them out on hellopeter, but wow I really wish I did.
