Buyinstore advertised the exact Panasonic spares I required for my electric razor. I ordered the spares and paid for them in full. I was given a delivery date. The date came and no goods were delivered. I inquired about my outstanding order and was apologized to and given a new date. This date came and went with no delivery. I inquired again and was given a new date. All this time I was getting adverts for the blades I had purchased but not received from buyinstore. I asked for my money back and was told I was very patient and they would reimburse me. To date I have neither my money or my blades. So being a pensioner I see this as robbing an old man.
