Disappointed customer

I placed an order on the 28th November 2023 and was advised in 2 emails in December and January that the items would be delivered by the 15th of January 2024. I haven't received my order and they are not contactable via email, telephone or chat. A very disappointed customer hoping I will get my refund for no delivery of the products that I ordered.
