Buyinstore do not buy from them

I placed an order on the 15th of July 2024. Confirmation received the same day informing me that delivery would be between the 12 - 19th of August. Goods not received, I requested a refund and supp**** my banking details as per there requested on 21st August 2024. I have since sent emails asking where my refund is, my emails have been ignored. They are worst company I have ever dealt with. Do not buy anything from them.
