Buyinstor stress

I ordered the item on approx 26 jan. After innumerable emails, including an offer to refund by 10 march which did not happen, the parcel finally arrived today, 27 march. The price i paid for the item is more than double what I would have paid in new Zealand or the UK. After all the stress i have been thru on this, will NEVER use them again
