Paid for an article in August,received I think two notifications in August that there will be a delay of a few days and never heard from them again. Had to e mail and phone them in December (they answered the phone after many attempts) and I cancelled the order and asked for my money back The refund was made This is the second time I have had problems with them,they were happy to sit on my money and if I had not called nothing would have happened It looks like buyers are funding the business.Not sure what would happen if everyone whose order just dissapeared called for their money at the same time what would happen...sounds fami**** does it not
