After 7 Months still no Refund

I ordered and payed for Paperlike iPad Screen Protectors from buyinstor.com After a few weeks they notified me that there's a delay and a new delivery date was provided. So it goes on for months: close to each delivery date, they send you a delayed notification with a new delivery date. After realizing that they don't keep their promise I requested a refund. Up to today, I am still waiting for my refund. #2744
