Worst place to buy from
This is the worst company to buy something from. I think is a **** and they take your money! I've paid the things with immediate payment. Now struggling to get feedback from them for more than a week. Now they blame the Fastway courier for messing up the delivery but they don't sort it out from their behalf. They just sit back and sorry the courier messed up. But they can't tell me when I will receive my parcel. Then they blame the electricity and then that blame a public holiday but never do I get answers. Don't but from them if you want any product because after I've paid and followed up myself numerous times I still don't have ANYTHING I've paid for!

We explained that your parcel was delayed by the couirer due to the long weekend from the 25th to 28th, it shows that the courier also misdirected your parcel, as well as your area being outside their regional boundary, hence it was delayed.

Nobody informed me about Fastway not picking the parcel after I've called and emailed so many times asking for the waybill. Just no response and if there's response it's so much later and then not answering when I will receive my parcel or giving me facts it's just blaming the electricity. Which we all have to deal with. And now I have to hear it was the courier that made so many mistakes.
Fact is this parcel was supposed to be send out before the long weekend and you didn't communicate to me as the client with facts. Up to now I still don't have anything from you. So it was a very unpleasant experience dealing with you!
