Worse customer service, Unreliable !!!!!!!

Would rather like to give a minus star than any star. I also ordered drops on their site. Paid, received no e-mail back with a order or tracking nr. Phoning is useless. Of the 100 times I phoned some ladies answered maybe 10 times..All of them unable to assist.only Rudolph can assist...but he is not available.. I requested my order to be cancelled and I be refunded as Linda told me that they did not have stock and they were waiting for stock...Okay..so where is the famous customer service they mention on the site...no communication back..no e-mail..no one to speak to...still no product..no refund no communication...Starting to think the ladies are all part of the ****/the hold up or whatever it might be they are doing there. Don;t buy from these people..they seem to take your money and supply no product, customer service or feedback on your order.
