Unreliable or *******?

This company doesn't even deserve one star. The first time I ordered, I received my package on time, except for a broken vit b vial. The goods do come in a flimsy bubble wrap envelope, like others have reported. They promised to replace it with my following order. I order 3 full kits on the 18th of August because I thought they seem reliable. First I waited forever for a tracking number. Then only to find out my package has been returned to the sender because they used the wrong label. I phoned, emailed and left messages. Random people answer the phone (if your are lucky) . They kept on referring me to a guy called Rudolph as they have no access to info. He is just never available. Eventually he got back to me with lame excuses from having personal issues that needed his attention to load shedding . I asked for a refund. I am still waiting. Friends of mine also have issues getting their second delivery of stock . I am beginning to think this might be a ****. I am planning to report them to payfast as well.
