Not giving Waybill number after I purchased my parcels. It's a struggle to get help from Buy HCG

Currently I am struggling to just get the Waybill number from Buy Hcg, don't even know if this company is a **** or are they legit? Will I get my parcels I've paid for? You have to call non stop just to hear that Rudolph will call back but then he doesn't even respond to emails earlier today after he said give me a moment but then a moment in his day is more than 6hours up to now. .. I've send so many emails since Monday just asking for my Waybill number but up to Thursday I still don't have anything where I can trace my order. This is really unacceptable! I'm just asking for a Waybill number is that to much to ask for after I've directly paid them after placing the order? I have to make arrangements with the courier company because I live outside of town. Now I am struggling to get my Waybill to make arrangements with them. I wish I read up on Buy Hcg on Hello Peter before I purchased from them otherwise I could've ordered with a friendly, helpful lady from KZN and it takes 3 working days for the order to reach you. Now I don't even know if Rudolph is still taking his moment or is he just not going to give me my Waybill?
