No delivery or nothing but you take my money

I am sooo upset and unhappy!!!!

I was excited to buy from your company really I even paid a whole r150 extra to get my order fast tracked.

Since I made the order I have gotten no tracking number and no reply!!!

I am so upset where is my order that I paid for!!!

I have contacted postnet and they advised they have been working but yet you say they are not.
