No client service, no tracking number!!

I have placed an order and made payment on the same day. Up to date I have not heard anything after a promise that a traxking number will be sent to my e-mail address the following day. After three days of constant phone calls and just a promise that the person dealing with the order will phone me back I have still not heard a word and I still don't have a tracking number. There's absolutely no client service, even after I have said that I want to cancel the order and I want my money back, no response.... I will not recommend this company to anyone!!
