HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Product never received

I was trying to give this product a second chance, but after ordering and paying weeks ago, I still haven't received anything. The customer support is TERRIBLE! They never answer calls (I've tried many times) and the only emails I've received ask if I will wait (no idea how long) since they don't have stock. I also received the diet plans, etc. Conveniently there was a link to rate them here.
