Disappointing Customer Service Experience

I recently ordered a three-month basic kit supply of HCG on October 16, 2024, and I have had a frustrating experience since. Despite my payment, I have yet to receive a tracking number or any updates about my order.

I attempted to reach out through the contact numbers on their website, but both were unreachable. I also emailed their provided addresses, only to receive automated undelivered responses. This lack of communication is incredibly disappointing.

This has been my final attempt to get in touch with them. If I do not hear back soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.

I hope my experience serves as a warning to others considering their services.

Would not recommend.
