BuyHCG I am Unhappy with the service

On the 11 may 2023, I ordered stock from BuyHCG, today is the 19th May 2023 I was patiently waiting for reference number but nothing came, I feel that I have been ****** of my money, I was trying to make contact with the landline number and the cellphone that has been supp**** but it never gets answered.

so what must I do, if and when they deliver or contact me that timeline will direct the star of my rating but I am not happy with their service
