upset and tired of waiting

<p>Hi as per my previous reviews, I have still not received my money and it is now nearing the end of August. I am now being told a different story which is an excuse for not paying the money which is owed to my mom and I after we cancelled our licence in March. We are not licence holders and do not receive a share of the monthly income so I do not understand why we are being given another excuse . We have been patient for almost 5 months and have not received an answer regarding when we can expect to be paid. All we are given ate excuses upon excuses as well as ignorance of us and our emails and calls. This is so frustrating as I am sure other people have not had to go through all of these empty promises. We had been promised payment onthe 25th of July and still have not received a cent, which is unacceptable. If this company was experiencing an issue with returning our money in a lump sum, they could of made arrangements to at least pay us out in two or three installments, instead of completely ignoring us at first then making **** promises and ignoring us again and now giving excuses which are not good enough . My mom snd I are tired of this and want our money as promised. I am disappointed with the level of service received from this company and the staff!</p>
