Frustrated and tired of being patient!

<p>I am highly frustrated as promises were made and not fulfilled. After my previous review, I received a call and an email confirming that my mom and I would receive our money on the 25th of July, however on that day I received an email from. ROB explaining that they contain pay me today, however he would be in a better position to assist me tomorrow. That did not happen and neither did I hear from Rob after that.it has been a month and I have received no response I have called the office numerous times only to be told that these ppl are not in and I should leave a msg. No one has bothered to contact me or return my call or respond to my emails. No payment has been made to date and this is worrying as how can your company make promises and thereafter ignore the person. This is my money which I should receive as per the cancellation clause in the contract </p> <p> Why should I have to run behind you guys? I am now wasting more money on calls and emails which are ignored. After much difficulty I got a hold of Delene yesterday who said she would speak to Rob, I then received an email that he would look into the matter? I have been patient for so long despite all this ignorance. I think it's now time that my mom and I receive what's owed to us. What is there to look into because this is our money. I'm tired of being patient now.</p>
