Buy Direct Licence Cancellation Frustration!
<p>My mum as well as myself had purchased buy Direct licences last year. Howeverv after the 12months period, we had then cancelled our contracts as per the statement in the contract, that a licence can be cancelled after the 12th month. We had done this in March 2016. We had then received a statement showing how much was to be paid to us , however after that we have not received the payment, which in fact is our own money. I have contacted buy direct numerous times via email and telephone, only to be told the same thing over and over that tthey have to await when the directors will continue with payments. This is highly frustating as this cancellation had been done in March and it is now almost the end of June. No one has been able to assist me further and this is our own money which we are now requesting back, Why state this in the contract if it cannot be carried out. I am now left to wonder if we will ever get our money back.</p>

This is highly frustrating as promises were made and not fulfilled I received a call and an email there after confirming that I would receive payment on tbe 25th of July, however on that day I received an email from Rob explaining that the payment couldn't be done and that he would contact me the next day. I then called Sipho around the 29th and he said that Rob would email Me. I have waited for a response but have received none I had called the offices numerous times and left messages for them to call me however no one had bothered to return my call or reply to the numerous emails that I had sent . I expect your company to keep to your word but now I am having to keep wondering as to what's happening as no one has even contacted me after the non fulfillment of your promise. No payment has been made to date and I am still waiting for someone to contact me or respond to the many emails that I have sent. Will my mom and I ever get out money back ?
