Quick, friendly and professional service from the online bookshop to my complaint!

Quick, kind and professional reaction from the online bookshop which I perecuevwd they charged me too much delivery fee. They got back to me ASAP and explained with apology it was a communication error and they gladly will reimburse me. Very professional and friendly, so I accepted the apology and will get a voucher.
