Warning: Do Not Buy Anything from Buyanything.co.za!!!!

I purchased an item from buyanything.co.za about 10 days ago. Upon checkout, it stipulated that the delivery of the item would be within 2-4 days as I live in a "major centre" - Johannesburg. After the time lapsing, I decided to call through to the call centre, I must have called 10 times before I finally got through to someone named Brendon, who said that the item was out for delivery on that specific day - this is nearly week ago (Friday, 26 October 2018). Upon it not arriving as promised, I called back on Monday and after 15 odd calls, someone finally picked up and put me through to Brendon again who promised that it would be delivered that day. It is now Thursday, 1 November 2018 and I am yet to receive the item. Further to this, I have been trying endlessly to get hold of them via telephone and via email to no avail. At this point, I am starting to think that I have been ****med!! If this is indeed a credible company, please will someone get in touch with me today!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!!
