Unprofessional **** has no stock, never responds to attempts to contact and does not refund money

First (and last) time I have used this online shopping site. Order an item which cost R2384,00 on 29/11/2018. Delivery was supposed to be in 2 to 4 days. on 4/12/2018 I got an email informing me that the item was not in stock and ask for my bank details in order to refund. I sent an email with bank details on the same day and have not heard anything since!! I have sent more emails and got no response. I have tried phoning every day a few times a day and different times since then and have never got through to anybody. It rings and rings and then goes on hold and then the call is cut off. Shocking that an online shopping site is not update with stock availability, allowing shoppers to order and pay for something that is out of stock - this is theft!!! How can they take money for things that do not exist and then make it so diffcult to get hold of anybody and take their time to refund - if they ever do? I am paying interest on money that they have!! They owe me the money I have pauid as well ad the interest I am paying on the money while they take their time repaying and ignoring any attempts to contact them. Shocking again that they offer an email address and a contact number and do not respond to either - ever!!! This place is a totally unprofessional **** - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!
