Now to take further action against these con artists

I purchased a Solid State Hard drive for my Mac through Buyanything on the R 26/11/2018 for R 7,545. When we eventually received the device (after contacting the CEO by email) we installed it. However, the device failed, which seems to be a common problem once we did further research. I then logged a "Return" with Buayanything on the 11/12/2018 and received a notification on the 18/12/2018 that their service departments are closed for the holidays and the return would be processed on the 7th Jan 2018. To date nothing and they cannot be reached telephonically and do not respond to emails. This company advertises themselves as the leading on-line store in South Africa. This claim is bogus! I took a drive out to the address displayed on their invoice which I received with the device, and there is no such business at that address! I also see they are not responding to HelloPeter reviews since early December 2018. Stay away from these con artists! I am now going to open a case of ***** against them. Today was the final straw.
