Non-existing Service

In all my years with dealing with online shops, I have never encountered such poor (or even better non-existing services). I have placed an order with buyanything.co.za, received the order number (11324), made payment, and their system keeps stating that they haven’t received the proof of payment. The order was placed on the 21/12/2018. Numerous calls were made which went unanswered, not even the e-mails are being responded to, yet they are 24/7 open as per their website. Someone at buyanything.co.za should contact me immediately regarding my order, as I haven’t even received my order. So I want either a full refund, plus all cost for contacting them holding on just to hear the person at the call centre is not available
