No Stock, Uncomminicative

I ordered a product from them (that was listed as in stock), on 14 December. On 15 December the payment was processed and everything was confirmed. On 27 December I called to see why nothing had been delivered to which they said that the goods are out of stock and only going to be available by the end of January 2018.

No one contacted me to tell me about any delayed or issues with stock, they were very happy to take my money and then not tell me a thing thereafter. I will never ever use this company ever again.
