No accountability

Ordered Bitdefender 2018 Internet Security on 23/12/2017. On that same day I recived an invoice for R369, paid by EFT and received acknowledgment of receipt of payment. On 03/01/2018 I received an e-mail from buyanything stating that my order has been delivered. On the same day I informed them that the order has not been delivered. I received the following response: “The item order is a Virtual licence. You should have received an e-mail from Rectron directly with your details of the purchase”. I don't know what Virtual licence is supposed to mean. I have received no communication from Rectron, whoever they are. I have followed this up with a number of e-mails (to ********** enquiring about my order but I have had absolutely no response to my enquiries. When I tried to follow it up at ********** I was informed that that e-mail address does not exist.
