Help info Needed
I made a purchase 7 days ago. After paying I got confirmation email. Then I got a order confirmation . This was seven days ago. They do not reply to my emails. The call centre is a joke. Is this a **** site ? must be. If anyone can please let me know if they are really **** site please let me know. The sad thing is I think I know they are just hope I'm wrong...

We made a judgement error in a joint venture partnership with another company which was aimed at growing our product range. The has resulted in system problems as well as listing of products which caused delivery issues. We have already discontinued the partnership and discontinued all the products that has been problematic. We are committed to having the issues resolved and all the customer who requested refunds will be completed within this week. Further to our apology, we will also offer each customer that we have delayed orders or refunds over the past month a free gift to the value of R250 as a way of extending our apology.
