Extremely bad service
After purchasing, paying online and receiving a confirmation email that my purchase was being processed, I then received an email stating that the printer I bought (Ricoh SG2100n) was no longer available but if I bought four new cartridges for the printer, at a much higher cost than the printer advertised which comes with 4 starter cartridges anyway, I would get the printer for free as they were suddenly running a promotion. So stock availability was not an issue but just them trying to force an upsell on the client to make more profit. I have cartridges for this printer at home as I was just trying to replace my printer (Ricoh SG2100n) which has broken down after extremely good work. Customer service and satisfaction clearly mean nothing to this company!

When processing your order, our supplier notified us that the specific model has been discontinued. They were selling the last few in stock on promotion with additional 4 full capacity cartridge's. We offered alternatives as per the communication from our supplier, we also offered a full refund which was still processed the same day. Again we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
