Don't buy anything from buyanything.co.za

I searched for a product to buy as a Christmas gift on pricecheck.co.za where they indicated the best price available was at the site buyanything.co.za. My first mistake was not to read any review of this online site as I thought pricecheck.co.za will list reputable companies on their website searches.

The registration, selection and purchase process on buyanything.co.za was quick and easy and I eagerly awaited my purchased goods. However, 3 working days later after payment was processed already, I was informed via e-mail that the goods purchased are currently completely out of stock and a refund will be processed. It boggles the mind at this time and age that companies selling goods online does not have a real-time check against what they have in their stores and what not? I am still waiting for my refund even though the terms and conditions of buyanything.co.za specifies that refunds due to unavailability of stock will be processed within 30 days. I am not even sure if I'm going to receive my refund and will have to take further actions against this company registered as Future Home Energy Services (Pty) Ltd. My opinion to the general public is to not do business with this private company because they cannot be trusted to deliver or refund your money if they don't have stock!
