DO NOT BUY FROM BUYANYTHING! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND UNRESPONSIVE

I bought four 208 CD wallets from this company on the 13th of November. Their delivery terms state 5-7 days max. It is now the 29th and I am still waiting. They hardly ever answer their phones. When they did manage to answer after the 8th try on the day, they state that someone called Brendan who is the manager will get back to me regarding the status of my order. I am still waiting despite numerous calls throughout the day from my side to find out what is going on! At 16:20 I called 5 times but I am guessing they went home for the day DESPITE office hours being till 17:00. To say that their service is shocking is an understatement. I am appalled that they can run a company like this, treat people this way and think it's alright! I just want the goods that I PAID FOR and should have.

Good day, firstly I need to apologize for the poor service provided over the past two month. We always hold the highest possible standards of service. We made a judgement error in a joint venture partnership with another company which was aimed at growing our product range. The has resulted in system problems as well as listing of products which caused delivery issues. We have already discontinued the partnership and discontinued all the products that has been problematic. We are committed to having the issues resolved and all the customer who requested refunds will be completed within this week. Further to our apology, we will also offer each customer that we have delayed orders or refunds over the past month a free gift to the value of R250 as a way of extending our apology.
