Buyanything.co.za terrible service

On 18th April, 2018, I purchased a Tedelex pressure cooker from this company, for R454.00. The first time it was used, it was shown to be defective, in that it did not seal properly, and steam escaped from the handle, continuously for the entire time. It took so long, ( at least twice as long as the 30 year old pressure pot that we have), that we opened the pot, and found that all the water had disappeared, and the food was just about to burn. We returned the pot, for replacement with a usable appliance. Since then, notwithstanding numerous phone calls to the company, there has been no satisfaction to date (22/06/2018). We have not received a replacement pot. When we phone, we either get told they are "looking into it", or, we get told they will call back. They do not call back. I regret ever having done business with these people, they just simply do not care... they have my money, but I get no after sales service from them
