Buyanything is at best uncaring and at worst a ****. Don't buy from these guys.

Do not use this company under any circumstances. I purchased and paid for a printer from them on the 16 November 2018. After the order status was changed to "processing" there was no further communication. Phone calls are not answered and the one time I did get through to someone they promised to phone me back in 10 mins. I'm still waiting for that call. After sending an email nearly every day the CEO Jan Wilkens eventually mailed me back apologising on the 8 December. He promised the printer would be delivered no later than 11 December. By the 10th though a new comment was placed on my order saying they were out of stock and they would process a refund. I sent them my bank details but am still awaiting that refund. No communications are responded to and that was the last time I heard from them despite many emails and attempted phone calls to their registered number. I even informed them that I would be writing this article on Hello Peter and that at the end of January I would open a case of ***** at the police station. They don't seem to even care about that.

WARNING! Do not buy from these guys. They are at best *********** and uncaring and at worst ********. They believe they can treat customers however they want because they are hidden behind their electronic communications. Terrible business, if it even is a business.
