Account Allocations - What a Joke

Wow, 1 star and a poor rating is still too high! what a Sh#T service! I placed an order on the bases the item was IN STOCK! well don't be fooled people, it's the supplier that might have stoc****! I've called and called but always get a run around like: "we do not carry any stock" or "Due to account allocations with the supplier it has been placed with there is a short delay on this item, the financial year end has begun and w are experiencing slight delays on some of our orders. It's strange because the day I got a collection notice "We are pleased to inform you that your order is now ready for collection," they then call me and tell me it will be shipped because supplier has yearend!. they ask for 3 days to deliver, I wait 4 and call in again! I am not being told "we have 30 days to deliver! and 30 days to process a refund" What a load of SH@T, I suggest using a mickey mouse online store more than these people!!!! Don't waste your time!!
